By accessing and placing an order on mrlodewijk.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Brand philosophy
Mr.Lodewijk is an independent limited-edition brand. We do not operate with mass production or guaranteed restocks. When a piece sells out, it may not return.
2. Order process
The purchase contract is considered complete once you receive the order confirmation email. Mr.Lodewijk reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical issues, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or genuine lack of stock. If an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices include VAT in accordance with Spanish legislation. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
4. Payment methods
Payments are processed through secure payment platforms. Mr.Lodewijk does not store banking or payment information.
5. Shipping
All products are made on demand. Estimated production and delivery times are indicated at checkout. Mr.Lodewijk ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, photographs and content belong to Mr.Lodewijk. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use is not permitted without explicit authorization.
7. Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is available at mrlodewijk.com/policies/refunds. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accepted it.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the owner's place of residence, unless consumer protection regulations establish otherwise.
