At Mr.Lodewijk we work with limited editions. Each piece is conceived and produced on demand, made specifically for you at the moment of purchase. We don't believe in excess.
We believe in intention.
That said, we also believe in doing things properly.
1. Made to order
All Mr.Lodewijk products are produced on demand. This means each item is made specifically when you place your order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before purchasing.
2. Defects and errors
We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item upon arrival
To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@mrlodewijk.com with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will resolve it promptly.
3. Refunds
If a return is approved:
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–14 calendar days
- Original shipping costs are not included
4. Non-returnable items
- Items without reported defects
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items clearly marked as final sale
Mr.Lodewijk reserves the right to assess each case individually.
